About a month ago, I went for surgery to remove a now-confirmed fibroadenoma. I wasn’t too worried except for W’s remark about general anesthesia having shaved off some of her IQ points. Hot dang!
Many thanks to my doctor and family who’ve made the entire episode so smooth. (Well, not counting Bro’s ghost story jokes in the hospital ward! :P)
Anyway, here’s the promised picture of the lump from my histology report. It’s not pretty!

Hmm…Let’s see ‘Fibroadenoma is caused by high level of estrogen…’ And i just realised that with age and lifestyle, men’s estrogen level might also increase, thus we might develop fibroadenoma? Oh damn! not only that, it will cause a decrease in testosterone which result in body fat, loss of sexual function and enlarged prostate! Gosh…I better watch my lifestyle also from now on! O_O
