Don’t use the stuffy version

I’ve always thought personality tests were flaky like astrology.

But when I took the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator some years back together with W, it was rather convincing! Forer effect? Probably. But it’s still a pretty popular psychometric test.

And as with any other thing, the web has a way of funkin’ up the original:

As you probably already know, the Myers-Briggs Personality Sorter is intended to be a general, universal personality ID that divides people into one of sixteen distinct personality types, along axes if introverted (I) or extroverted (E), Sensing (S) or Intuitive (N), Thinking (T) or Feeling (F), and Judging (J) or Perceiving (P).

Now, there are many places which will tell you what this all means, but none of them are quite as…relevant to today’s modern civilization as this one…

W! I can’t remember which was yours. The Evil Overlord? :P
(Doubt there will be folks who haven’t taken the test before, but here’s a mini online version.)
